Folkington’s –

At Folkington’s the fruit they use is sourced as much as possible by British farmers. When not possible to use British they source from our neighbours in Europe.

Since 2019 they have picked 643 tonnes of apples, that farmers never pick, but leave to waste. ( That’s more than the average weight of 50 empty London buses!)  By doing this they have prevent over 1,000,000 kilogrammes of green house gases if they had been left to decompose

How they source their ingredients sustainably is by using the same farms and farming communities each year which contributes to their long term sustainability income. This also ensures that Folkington’s drinks have a unique and consistency in both taste and quality. 97% of their ingredients are sourced this way and  has been  since their first ever bottle.
