Mr Filbert’s traditional snack salami is carefully handcrafted and naturally cured to produce an authentic Iberian snack that is high in protein, low in sugar and totally gluten free.
Salami sticks may have a fine white coating – a perfectly normal and safe characteristic (part of the curing process).
