Brewed in small batches in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire.
Ginger & Lemon kombucha is crafted the traditional way, slowly fermented with a blend of premium teas, fresh ginger and real lemons. It’s deliciously tangy with a long-lasting flavour and the just the right amount of effervescence to tickle your palate. We don’t put in anything that shouldn’t be there (no flavourings, no colourings, no preservatives, no sweeteners). Trust us, your tastebuds and your gut will thank you!
Ingredients: Water, fresh lemons, fresh ginger, sugar*, tea leaves (Darjeeling, Ceylon and Oolong), kombucha starter culture.
*Sugar is needed for fermentation cultures to work their magic. There is only a little left at the end of the process, so you can enjoy a refreshing and well-balanced drink.
Cambucha is alive and not pasteurised, so occasionally you might find floaty bits. Don’t panic- it’s a good thing. They’re a sign of the natural fermentation goodness your gut loves.
